Why Urdu Bibles?
Urdu is the lingua franca of Pakistan — spoken by over 230 million people across the country. Yet for millions of Pakistani households, a Bible in Urdu is simply not something they can easily find, afford, or ask for openly.
Good Samaritan Ministries distributes Urdu Bibles completely free of charge. Every Gospel crusade attendee leaves with one in their hands. Every church planter we support carries them to every village visit. Every rural pastor we serve receives a supply for their congregation.

The Goal: One Million Bibles by 2033
As of 2026, more than 150,000 free Urdu Bibles have been distributed through our ministry. By the year 2033 — on the 24th anniversary of Good Samaritan Ministries — we aim to place one million Urdu Bibles in the hands of Pakistani believers, seekers, and newly transformed lives.
