Family Food Relief

A month of food. A month of hope.

When a Pakistani Christian family has no work, no savings, and no safety net, Good Samaritan Ministries steps in with a monthly food ration โ€” flour, rice, oil, lentils, spices, and enough to keep a family fed until the next month.

Why Food Relief?

In Pakistan, millions of families โ€” especially Christian minority families โ€” live paycheck to paycheck with zero margin. A single illness, a lost job, a wedding, a funeral, or inflation can tip a household into hunger overnight. A monthly food ration is the most immediate, dignified, practical way we can say: you are not alone, and you are remembered.

What's in a Food Ration

  • 20 kg flour (atta)
  • 5 kg rice
  • 5 liters cooking oil
  • 2 kg lentils (daal)
  • 1 kg sugar, tea, salt, and essential spices
  • A hand-written card of Scripture and encouragement

A single monthly ration costs US $40 and feeds a family of 5โ€“7 for the month.

"If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?" โ€” 1 John 3:17

Who Receives Relief

We work through our 500+ partner churches and church planters to identify genuinely struggling Pakistani Christian families. Priority goes to widows, families of incarcerated or missing members, persecuted households, and those newly arrived in a church plant.
